Cautious Optimism at 10th Annual Commercial Real Estate Event

Panelists at the 2017 Charlotte Commercial Real Estate Outlook said the industry’s recent boom still has some sizzle left. Forecasters at the annual forum, held at Charlotte’s Ritz-Carlton on Jan. 12 and sponsored by accounting firm GreerWalker and law firm Katten Muchin Roseman, noted planned tax cuts and increased military and infrastructure spending as possible economic stimuli.
