To our Clients and Friends:
As COVID-19 continues to spread and has begun to have a more significant impact on our local community, our Firm’s top priorities are the personal health of our team members and maintaining our ability to provide the type of service that our clients expect and deserve.
In order to accomplish these objectives, the Firm is following the guidelines and recommendations from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the World Health Organization, as well as state and local authorities. Accordingly, the Firm has implemented a plan that is intended to limit our team’s exposure to the virus and therefore, reduce the risk that our ability to serve clients will be impacted.
Our office is currently closed to the public. For the near term most of our associates will be working remotely. We are equipped with secure technological resources that should allow our team to serve clients without interruption regardless of location. Currently, we expect that the main changes that clients may notice is fewer in-person meetings. During this time we strongly encourage alternatives to in-person meetings. Alternative meeting options include virtual meetings, telephone and email. We also encourage clients to provide documents to GreerWalker electronically to the extent possible.
We continue to monitor this rapidly changing situation. If we encounter a situation that may result in a potential risk to client health or a delay in client service, we will notify clients as soon as possible. If you have any specific concerns please contact your GreerWalker representative.
